Joseph L. Follette, Jr., owner of Lifestyle Therapy & Coaching, has dedicated his life to helping others live their best life. He has done this professionally as an ordained minister in the Seventh-day Adventist Church, residence hall director at Oakwood University, counselor at Oakwood University, instructor at Alabama A & M University, counselor at Bradford Health Services, and CEO/therapist in his private practice. He has earned a bachelor’s degree in Theology from Oakwood University, a master’s degree in Divinity from Andrews University, a masters in Marriage & Family Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi. He is married to the former Claudia Alcock from the Toronto Canada area. He has five children and one grandchild. He is a singer and songwriter soon to release his first album entitled “Standing on the Promises”. Joe’s hope has always been to get “Well Done!” when he sees Jesus face to face.
