Sizzling Hot Marriage — Privacy Policy

Sizzling Hot Marriage ("SHM," "we," "us") is operated by JC Enterprise Group, Inc., 5416 Alumni Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35806, (256) 850-4426. SHM provides marriage-enrichment and intimacy education for married adults. It is educational content — not professional counseling, therapy, or medical/sex-therapy advice.

1. A word about sensitive information

SHM involves intimate and relationship topics. Information you share (e.g., in assessments, forms, or community) is sensitive. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to target ads, and we do not load advertising or social-media trackers on screens where you enter such content.

2. Information we collect

• Account & contact — name, email, and details you submit.
• Content — course progress, assessment answers, and messages/community posts you make.
• Purchases — payment status/transaction IDs via Stripe; we do not receive full card numbers.
• Usage & device — coarse diagnostics and essential events.

3. How we use it

To deliver courses, products, and community; to communicate with you; to process payments; and to improve SHM using aggregated/de-identified data.

4. Sharing (and limits)

Contracted processors only (Stripe, hosting/email, and error monitoring configured not to receive your intimate content). We do not sell personal information or share sensitive content with advertisers. We may disclose if required by law, to protect safety, or in a business transfer.

5. Retention, rights & deletion

Kept while your account/purchase relationship is active and as required by law. Request access, correction, or deletion at support@neurospirelabs.com. GDPR and CCPA rights apply; we do not sell or "share" personal information for advertising.

6. Security & age

Encryption in transit and access controls. SHM is for adults 18 and older; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

7. Data retention

Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. On closure we archive rather than delete, so a returning member's history can be restored. Deletion occurs only on request, subject to the exceptions below.

We may retain data beyond these periods where required: to comply with a legal obligation, to resolve a dispute, to enforce our agreements, or where the records are subject to a litigation hold. A litigation hold suspends deletion entirely, including a deletion you have requested, until the hold is lifted.

8. Requesting your records

Requests to access, correct, export, or delete your records must be made in writing to the contact address below and must identify the records sought.

Records are produced within 30 days of a verified request.

Where a record contains information about another person — for example a shared journal — we provide your own entries only. We will tell you that a shared record exists and that part of it has been withheld; releasing another person's entries requires their consent or a court order naming them.

Identity verification is required before any record is released.

9. Data breach — notification & remediation

If we discover a breach of unsecured personal data, we will:

• Contain the incident and preserve evidence, including access logs, for investigation;
• Assess the scope — which individuals, which categories of data, and whether the data was usable, readable, or decipherable;
• Notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and in no case later than 60 days after discovery, by email and, where email is unavailable or the breach is substantial, by written notice, stating what happened, what data was involved, what we are doing, and what you can do;
• Notify regulators where required by law;
• Remediate — revoke compromised credentials, patch the cause, and where appropriate provide credit monitoring at our expense;
• Review the incident and record what changed as a result.

We maintain a written incident-response plan. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable law.

10. Versioning

This policy is versioned. Minor corrections increment the decimal (2.0 to 2.1); a material revision increments the whole number (2.0 to 3.0). The version in effect at the time an incident, claim, or dispute arises is the version that governs that matter, regardless of any later revision. Prior versions and their effective dates are retained and available on request.
