These Terms govern your use of Sizzling Hot Marriage ("SHM"), operated by JC Enterprise Group, Inc., 5416 Alumni Drive NW, Huntsville, AL 35806 ("we," "us"). By using SHM you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
SHM provides marriage-enrichment and intimacy education for informational purposes only. It is not professional counseling, therapy, or medical/sex-therapy advice, and no professional relationship is created by your use. For serious relationship, mental-health, or safety concerns, seek qualified professional help; if you or someone else is in danger or crisis, call 988 or 911.
SHM addresses adult intimacy topics. You must be at least 18 years old to access or purchase SHM.
Courses, memberships, and products are billed as stated at purchase. Recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Refund terms are those presented at purchase.
Your use of SHM must comply with United States federal law and the law of your state and local jurisdiction. Any illegal use will result in removal of the content and may result in deactivation of your account. No unlawful, harassing, or infringing activity; no sharing of purchased content outside your license; no attempts to breach security or scrape the site. Engage respectfully in any community space.
You keep ownership of what you submit and grant us a limited license to use it to provide SHM. SHM's courses, content, and materials are owned by us or our licensors; you receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license — no redistribution.
Provided "as is," without warranties, and we do not warrant any particular outcome for your relationship. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JC Enterprise Group, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; total liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months or US $100.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. We may update these Terms (revising the "Last updated" date).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved by binding arbitration seated in Huntsville, Madison County, Alabama, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action.
Any matter not subject to arbitration — including an action to compel arbitration, to enforce an award, or to seek injunctive relief — shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Subscriptions and purchases. A full refund is available within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days, a subscription is refundable on a pro-rated basis only where the service was unavailable for a sustained period attributable to us; a change of mind after 7 days is not a qualifying ground. Purchases made through an app store are additionally subject to that store's refund policy.
Non-refundable fees. A one-time registration or intake fee is non-refundable once the registration or intake has been processed.
You may stop using SHM and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) non-payment; (c) violation of our policies, including the acceptable use section above; (d) conduct that places another user, our staff, or the service at risk; or (e) a requirement of law.
Where practicable and not prohibited, we will give notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out above, and does not relieve you of amounts already due.
This document is versioned. Minor corrections increment the decimal (for example 2.0 to 2.1); a material revision increments the whole number (2.0 to 3.0). The version in effect at the time an incident, claim, or dispute arises is the version that governs that matter, regardless of any later revision. Prior versions and their effective dates are retained and available on request.
