Joe Follette Jr. is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, ordained minister, and the creator of the Neurobehavioral Operant Rewiring Model (NORM) — a science-based transformation system that helps struggling couples rewire their relationship patterns at the neurological level. With over 20 years of experience in ministry, counseling, and clinical therapy, Joe brings a unique blend of faith-driven wisdom and evidence-based methodology to his practice. He is the author of Don't Give Up On Love and the founder of both Sizzling Hot Marriage and Lifestyle Therapy & Coaching. Joe holds a Master of Divinity degree and is licensed as an LMFT. He provides telehealth services nationwide and specializes in couples experiencing trust wounds, communication breakdowns, and emotional disconnection.
